11 New Franchise Owners Ready To Brew
(Saturday, June 30, 2007) - The newest graduates of It's A Grind's Java University were brewing with excitement and anticipation as they headed home ready to open their very own coffeehouse. Java U is a 10 day intensive training program, both classroom and hands-on, where new owners learn all aspects of operating their coffeehouse. Opening a coffee house, hiring and training the perfect barista, learning the techniques necessary to market and drive their business; all this while creating the perfect latte just begins to touch the surface of what franchisees learn while attending It's a Grind comprehensive Java U curriculum.

The new owners are looking forward to actively working in their communities and providing exceptional experiences for everyone they meet. Their new It's A Grind coffee house will offer high-quality, fresh-roasted specialty coffee, traditional espresso and iced-blended coffee drinks as well as tea and tea-based drinks. Seven varieties of coffee blends ranging from the strong High Octane brew to the mild Costa Rican brew will be on tap daily. A full kid's menu and fresh baked goods will also be available.
It's a Grind has an atmosphere designed to make customers feel right at home. Much like a living room, the walls are adorned with fine artwork while a fireplace and oversized wing-back chairs further enhance the warm ambiance of the coffee house. Free Wi-Fi access and an overflowing bookshelf are also provided.
